Meredith Redlin is a full professor in the Department of Sociology and Rural Studies. She researches and teaches in the areas of community development and rural diversity. Past work includes collaboration in the state and region on the status of women, community development in low population regions, and wealth capture in natural resource economies. She also partners with international colleagues in France, Russia, Scotland and Slovenia for interdisciplinary research on women farmers and rural development.
